Before joining Saudi ConTech, Menno served as Director of Digital Delivery at NEOM, where he played a pivotal role in establishing NEOM as a global leader in digital design and construction delivery. His expertise spans BIM, AI integration, IoT, ERP, Lean Construction, Asset Management, and Data-Driven Decision Making, making him an instrumental force in transforming how construction projects are planned, executed, and managed.

His extensive international experience includes leadership positions at Royal BAM Group, Ballast Nedam, and Autodesk, where he led IT strategy, sustainability initiatives, and digital innovation programs for some of the world’s most complex infrastructure projects.
